好看！但是比《The Governess Affair》還是差那麼一點,給四片葉子吧。
作者在書後提到故事的背景，英國鐵路新興的時代，當時的新興資本紛紛湧入鐵路相關的行業，造成一片繁榮，好景不長，就如同.com泡沫一樣，迅速湧起，又迅速破滅。故事最後，男主角Simon把資金從鐵路撤出，轉投其它行業，正是有先見地在泡沫破滅前提前退場。好一個有遠見的男主角！
